He’s been featured on Black Enterprise, The Today Show, and Men’s Health giving a glimpse into his affordable, but delicious recipes and meal plans. After launching his blog via Tumblr, and sharing tons of videos on Instagram, a FitMenCook app came into fruition and has become one of the highest rated apps on Apple and Android devices.
Not only does Kevin have a YouTube channel, a blog, and yummy posts on Instagram, he is also the author of No Cheats Needed, which you can purchase on Amazon.
