Black Male Bloggers: Where Are They? Here's 60+

After I made this huge list of over 200 Black bloggers and realized that 99.9% of the bloggers listed were women, I got to thinking: where are all of the Black male bloggers?

It seems like a lot of people have been asking that question recently, including other Black male bloggers. I'm friends with a few guys who blogger and they were all under the impression that they were the only ones out there. One of the guys brought up a good point in saying that the year of #BlackGirlMagic helped bring a lot of Black women together online, which made it easier for Black women who blog to find each other. Unfortunately, the Black men who blog haven't had that united front just yet.

I'm creating this post in the hopes that it will give some of the Black men who blog out there motivation to network with other Black male bloggers. As a regional director for Black Bloggers United, I know that a lot of male bloggers are struggling to stay inspired since they don't have anyone to talk to about blogger other than women bloggers.

I challenge every blogger on this list to reach out to another Black male blogger for motivation, inspiration and hopefully collaboration. As for the ladies reading this post, how about we take a second to marvel in machismo of our male blogging counterparts. Shall we?
